依政府菸害防制法第31條規定，本館及客房全面禁菸，若違反規定可處新台幣貳千元至壹萬元罰鍰。
如經飯店發現於客房或館內抽菸之貴賓，將酌收清潔費新台幣三千元。
(若造成設備毀損，除收清潔費之外並須照價賠償)

According to the law of “Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act”,
smoking is prohibited in all indoor public areas, or may face a fine of NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.
Smoking in the room will result in charges to the occupying guest for cleaning fee NT$3,000
and the cost of repairing if any damage caused.
