客房入住指南

◆溫馨提醒：
1. 退房須知：退房時間為11:00，當天請務必至櫃檯交還房卡(如遺失酌收工本費200元)。
2. 全館禁菸，飯店大廳外設有吸菸區。
3. 房間電話使用：總機請按”9”；房間互撥”8+房號”
4. 客房Wifi：請選擇帳號Long Beach；無密碼
5. 電視打開電源後稍待飯店LOGO消失後，請按遙控首頁按鈕，選擇訊號源-數位電視即可觀看。

◆住宿注意事項

早餐供應時間7:00-10:00；周日早餐7:00-12:00。(提醒您用餐記得攜帶房卡套)
入住時間16:00PM，退房時間11:00AM；登記入住時須出示身分證或護照。(延遲退房每30分鐘需付$500延時費；超過30分鐘未滿1小時，將以1小時收費為標準)
本飯店為環保旅店，為減少廢棄物產生，不再主動提供一次性備品，如有需要請至櫃檯購買。(8:00-21:00三溫暖櫃檯購買；晚上21:00後請至大廳櫃檯購買)
本飯店設有寵物專區，請勿攜帶寵物至一般客房內，如經發現需酌收消毒清潔費用$5000元。
入住前與退房後提供免費場所寄放行李服務，貴重物品及財務需自行攜帶保管。
依政府菸害防制法規定飯店為公共場所，館內必須全面禁止吸菸，如您有吸菸之需求，請至一樓飯店大廳外的吸菸區。違者將罰鍰2000至10000元。
個人重要物品請自行妥善保管；如有遺失，恕不負責，敬請見諒。
住宿期間如遭遇人力無法抗拒之意外災害導致損失時，本旅店概不負責賠償。
房卡遺失或損壞，每張須酌收工本費新台幣$200元。
不得於飯店內賭博、吸毒、酗酒、打架、賣淫、非法聚會、攜帶違禁藥品、易燃、易爆、凶器等危險物品，如發現即報警處理。
若於本飯店內飲酒或任何行為造成髒亂、如留下無法正常清潔之汙漬、(如血跡、嘔吐物、尿垢…等)，將加收清潔費新台幣$600到$1500不等。
未滿18歲的旅客須有成人陪同或提供家長同意書並附上親筆簽名方可入住。
晚間22:00至翌晨8:00期間，休憩中的住客眾多勿大聲喧嘩，以免影響其他旅客及周遭鄰居安寧，敬請特別注意。(酒店若接獲噪音投訴，僅會向被投訴賓客發出一次降低音量的請求，若該賓客第二次被投訴，將予以驅逐出酒店且不予退款)
賓客入住預定的客房內，如超過10分鐘有換房需求，將酌收清潔費$600。
客房物品設備:館內之用品及設備，僅供住客於館內使用請勿攜帶離開，如需要可洽詢購買，若有損毀需照本館單價賠償。
旅店為維護其他住宿貴賓權益，謝絕客房訪客，如有訪客，請在一樓大廳會客。
請勿於房內使用任何爐具烹煮物品。

Check-in time is 16:00PM, Check-out time is 11:00AM.You must show your ID card or passport when checking in. (Late check-out will be subject to a $500 late check-out fee for every 30 minutes,if it exceeds 30 minutes but is less than 1 hour, it will be charged as a 1-hour fee)
This hotel is an environmentally friendly hotel. In order to reduce waste generation, we no longer actively provide disposable supplies. If necessary, please purchase them at the counter. (Purchase at the sauna counter from 8:00-21:00; please go to the lobby counter to purchase after 21:00 in the evening)
The hotel has a pet area. Please do not bring pets into ordinary guest rooms. If pets are found, a disinfection and cleaning fee of $5,000 will be charged.
Free luggage storage service is provided before check-in and after check-out. Valuables and finances must be brought and kept by yourself.
According to the government’s Tobacco Harm Prevention Law, hotels are public places and smoking must be completely prohibited in the hotel. If you need to smoke, please go to the smoking area outside the hotel lobby on the first floor. Violators will be fined NT$2,000 to NT$10,000.
Please keep your important personal belongings properly; we will not be responsible if they are lost, so please forgive me.
The hotel will not be responsible for compensation if losses are caused by unexpected disasters beyond our control during your stay.
If the room card is lost or damaged, a production fee of NT$200 will be charged for each room card.
Gambling, drug abuse, alcoholism, fighting, prostitution, illegal gatherings, illegal drugs, flammable, explosive, weapons and other dangerous items are not allowed in the hotel. If found, the police will be dealt with.
If drinking or any behavior in the hotel causes a mess, such as leaving stains that cannot be cleaned normally (such as blood stains, vomit, urine stains, etc.), a cleaning fee ranging from NT$600 to NT$1,500 will be charged.
Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult or provide a parent consent form with a signature before checking in.
From 22:00 in the evening to 8:00 in the next morning, there are many guests taking a break and please refrain from making loud noises to avoid disturbing the peace of other guests and surrounding neighbors. Please pay special attention. (If the hotel receives a noise complaint, it will only send a request to the guest to lower the volume once. If the guest is complained for the second time, the guest will be expelled from the hotel without refund)
If a guest needs to change rooms after staying in the reserved room for more than 10 minutes, a cleaning fee of $600 will be charged.
Guest room items and equipment: Supplies and equipment in the hotel are only for guests to use in the hotel. Please do not take them away. If necessary, please contact us to purchase. If there is any damage, you will be compensated according to the unit price of the hotel.
In order to protect the rights and interests of other hotel guests, the hotel refuses visitors to the guest rooms. If there are visitors, please meet them in the lobby on the first floor.
Please do not use any stoves for cooking in the room.
